ICFUAE Seminar this evening: The future of democracy in the United Arab Emirates at the UK House of Commons

Live blog from the House of Commons, of a seminar organised by ICFUAE kindly hosted by Grahame Morris MP. In attendance will be British MPs, journalists and activists.

The seminar will be joined by speaker Courtney Freer from LSE who has worked on the rise of Al-Islah in the UAE, Rori Donaghy, journalist at the Middle East Eye, Ahmed Al Nuaimi, a political activist from the United Arab Emirates and Anas Al Tikriti, discussing the UAE within the context of democracy in the Middle East.
